2025 Journaling Sheets | NEW Sheets, New Ideas

happyplaceplanning

With each new year, Kate takes the time to reformat sheets and add new and fresh designs to the kit lineup. For 2025, that meant reformatted journaling sheets 1 and 2 and TWO new brand new sheets. They're called journaling sheets, and while you can certainly use them for that, they are also perfect for planner pages! Our affiliate team has teamed up to show you how they've been using the journaling sheets this far. Each affiliate has their own planner/journal preferences and ideas and we hope you find this inspiring. Let's dive in!

Here's a look at the journaling sheets for MK-702, Wild Start.

For 2025, Jennifer is using a combination of books for journaling and commonplacing. Both books are from Sterling Ink (head over to Jennifer's YouTube channel to catch the details).

Her first insert, a weekly planner of sorts, is used for weekly recaps. Here's a look at her finished pages for week 1!

Her second insert is used as a commonplace book. Jennifer likes to coordinate sticker kits so it's easier to grab what she needs when she sets down to journal or when leaving the house for on the go planning. You'll see she used the same kit in her commonplace insert as she did her weekly recap / journal.

Kristan Kremer | Kristan Kremer

Kristan is using a 7x9 Plum Paper Weekly Overview planner in the neutral colorway for 2025 (head over to Kristan's YouTube channel to catch the details).

The neutral colorway has a different monthly dashboard from the normal Plum Paper planners, and Kristan used the journaling sheets to make the layout more functional. The stickers add some more fun to the otherwise plain sheets in this planner. They also let Kristan label the sections as needed each month.

On the lined notes page, Kristan created different sections for all the pertinent information to keep track of all month, including reading, cleaning, habits, goals, and memories.

D. Christine | HoneyStyleJoy

D. Christine is contributing to this blog with her planning pages! That's one of the things that are fantastic about these sheets; from notebooks, to journals, to planners... use them in all the things!

D. Christine uses the Erin Condren Daily Duo LifePlanner. The thumbtack stickers make perfect bullets for high-level tasks. Our bullet journal style checklists are a fun way to add lists to your plans, too! Scroll through to see all of her pages.

Debbie Pettit | Debbie.Pettit

Debbie challenged herself to use the four new journaling sheet to decorate four weeks in her journal. She added days of the week stickers (full sheets STK-160) and the dinner (full sheet V-51) as well as the "week of" stickers.

Debbie is using the notes pages in her 7x9 Erin Condren Monthly LifePlanner, but any notebook or notes pages will work! The beauty here is that you can create whatever layout you prefer just by drawing some lines.

Debbie created quarter boxes (similar in design to an Erin Condren compact vertical LifePlanner), a horizontal layout, a vertical layout, and a memory keeping layout. All would be great for adding photos to your journaling but the last one is especially designed for it.

You can scroll through Debbie's setups below!

Ilysse Ratner | PlanwithIlysse

Ilysse used this journaling kit to plan a decorative, yet functional week in her Classic Happy Planner. The push pin and notepad stickers are a great way to highlight the priorities for each day, and colorful boxes are perfect for including plans.

Becky Salls | SallsMomPlans

Becky is using an Erin Condren notebook this year for memory keeping as well as keeping her trackers and other PlannerKate full size dashboards in.

Becky plans on creating a two page spread each month using the PlannerKate journaling sheets. One page will be used to list the books I read, projects, important happenings, word of the month, as well as inspiring quotes.

The other page will include photo memories of the month or past pictures to look back on. Becky shares similar feelings about this setup and the journaling sheets as Becky; they are great for making your layout just how you want it and it's so versatile you can change your mind from month to month!

Scroll through the images below to see how Becky layered and laid out her first few pages.

We'll leave you with a shopping link and some journaling sheet YouTube videos you can binge watch for even more inspiration!

Thanks for joining the PlannerKate affiliate team today and happy planning!
