Sticker Sheet Focus | New and Old Notes Companion

With each new year, Kate reformats her sticker sheets. Today I'd like to share with you the old and new notes companion sheet. Both versions are great; you can find most of the older kit sheets at a discount or try out the new version with any of our 2025 kits.

The old sheets for 2024 and prior are listed as "I" sheets. The new 2025 notes companion sheets are also listed as "I" sheets. You can shop them all, here.

Here's the new 2025 version.

Here's the format for the 2024 version.

Let's take a look at how you can use the notes companion sheets!

Jennifer from @happyplaceplanning is using the 2025 version in a few different ways. The notes companion stickers work well in both the Erin Condren and Plum Paper monthly notes pages.

Here's a look at the Erin Condren LifePlanner monthly notes page all set up.

The flag labels make putting down categories a snap. Jennifer loves the updated checklists, too!

Here's a look at the same setup only in the Plum Paper planner. It's so nice when checklists line up perfectly!

Jennifer also used the notes companion sheet in the Plum Paper weekly pages (vertical priorities layout) You can see the checklists work in this weekly layout, too.

Debbie from @debbie.pettit is using the 2024 version, here. If you're in to creating your own bullet journal style weeks this sheet is great! You can also use the headers and checklists in an existing planner like Debbie did.

D. Christine from @honeystylejoy is using the 2025 sheets in her planner, too. Similar to Jennifer, she's using the banner labels and checklists but has them lined up for a horizontal spread of sorts. It's fun to play around with sticker placement to fill your space differently.

D. Christine utilizes our notes companion sheet for her weekly brain-dump and pre-planning sessions and we think she's so smart! What a great way to prepare for planning on your calendar pages.

We will leave you with a little to-do list making in action!

We hope you enjoyed this old v new sheet comparison and found some inspiration from both versions!

Happy Planning!
